Why this guide exists
Most real estate websites are thin: a listings feed and a contact form. West Kelowna deserves better, because buying here involves things that surprise people from elsewhere, like two land systems side by side, a single bridge, several water systems and a recent major wildfire. Sean built this guide to answer those questions properly, with a source beside every fact and a plain "confirm this with a professional" wherever the rules are uncertain.
It's independent. It isn't affiliated with the City of West Kelowna or Westbank First Nation.
How Sean works
